Import UncoveredList leads into HubSpot

Steps

1. In UncoveredList, export with the format HubSpot (Companies).
2. In HubSpot, start an import from a file for a single object and choose Companies.
3. Upload the CSV. Our headers use HubSpot's default company property names (Name, Company Domain Name, Street Address, City, State/Region, Postal Code, Industry, Description, Lifecycle Stage, Lead Status), so most columns map automatically.
4. Review the mapping and finish the import.

Tips

• HubSpot de-duplicates companies by Company Domain Name. Many new businesses have no website yet, so that column is often blank, and re-importing the same lead can create a duplicate. Filter by import date before re-importing.
• If your portal's Industry or Lead Status uses a fixed list of values, map our Industry column to a text property or update the values first.

Columns in the HubSpot export

Name · Company Domain Name · Street Address · City · State/Region · Postal Code · Industry · Description · Lifecycle Stage · Lead Status

The Notes or description column carries the UncoveredList score, industry, likely coverage lines, any signals, the formation date and the state source link. Every export is business-level public records only. No owner or officer names, phone numbers, or email.
