Import UncoveredList leads into AgencyZoom

Steps

1. In UncoveredList, export with the format AgencyZoom (Leads).
2. In AgencyZoom, go to Leads, open the Actions dropdown (top right) and click Import Leads.
3. Choose your settings: whether to enroll the leads in automation, lead source (UncoveredList), pipeline and stage, location, producer and CSR. Click Save, then Continue.
4. Upload the CSV and map the fields. Map Business Name to the lead's business name, and Notes to "+ to lead's comments" so the score and coverage notes land on the lead.
5. Name the import, review the summary and open the pipeline.

Tips

• Think before enrolling imported leads in email or text automation. Our leads carry no email addresses or phone numbers, and any outreach you send must follow CAN-SPAM, the TCPA and state rules.

Columns in the AgencyZoom export

Business Name · Lead Type · Address · City · State · Zip · Lead Source · Notes

The Notes or description column carries the UncoveredList score, industry, likely coverage lines, any signals, the formation date and the state source link. Every export is business-level public records only. No owner or officer names, phone numbers, or email.
