UncoveredList is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the State of Colorado, the State of New York, the State of Connecticut, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the State of Texas, or any of their agencies. Data has been filtered, classified, scored and otherwise modified from its original sources. Official records are available only from the issuing agency.

Accuracy

Public records can contain errors, omissions and delays, and businesses change. Industry labels, scores, coverage suggestions, outreach openers and any website/phone lookups are generated by automated methods and may be wrong. They are estimates to help you prioritize, not facts about a business and not insurance, underwriting, legal or compliance advice. Verify before relying on any record.

Business-level data only

We intentionally exclude officer, organizer, member, filer and owner names and individual registered-agent names, even where a state publishes them. Records describe businesses, not people. If you believe a record identifies you personally, contact us and we will review and suppress it. See our Privacy Policy.

Your outreach obligations

You are responsible for complying with all laws that apply to how you contact businesses, including the CAN-SPAM Act, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, the National Do Not Call Registry, state telemarketing and insurance-solicitation rules, and your carrier appointments. See the Acceptable Use & Data License.

Google Maps content

Where Pro and Agency users run a website/phone lookup, results are provided by Google Maps, shown live with attribution, and are not stored by us or included in exports.

Texas leads are new sales-tax permits from the Texas Comptroller, not Secretary of State formations. They capture businesses about to sell taxable goods or services, including new locations of existing businesses (which we score lower).
