Import UncoveredList leads into HawkSoft

Steps

1. In UncoveredList, open Leads, choose the export format HawkSoft (Prospects template) and click Export. Save the CSV.
2. Open the file once to check it, remove any rows you don't want, then save and close it. HawkSoft's importer can't read a file that's still open.
3. In HawkSoft, click the Setup icon and choose Data Importer.
4. Browse to the CSV as the Import File, then map each column to a HawkSoft field. Business Name is the required field. Save the mapping as a configuration file so next time is one click.
5. Run the import and review the Data Imported Client report HawkSoft creates.

Tips

• HawkSoft needs at least one of Business Name, Last Name or Full Name. Our file always has Business Name.
• Client Type is set to Commercial and Status to Prospect. Change them in the mapping if your agency uses other values.

Columns in the HawkSoft export

Business Name · Client Type · Status · Mailing Address · City · State · Zip · Source · Notes

The Notes or description column carries the UncoveredList score, industry, likely coverage lines, any signals, the formation date and the state source link. Every export is business-level public records only. No owner or officer names, phone numbers, or email.
