Import UncoveredList leads into AMS360

Export your leads in the AMS360 layout, then bring them in with AMS360's own import tool. No add-on or integration needed.

Steps

  1. In UncoveredList, export with the format AMS360 (Prospects template).
  2. In AMS360, open Administration Center > Utilities > Leadlist Administration / Customer Import.
  3. Create a Leadlist Definition from our CSV: comma delimiter, double-quote text qualifier, then match each column to an AMS360 field.
  4. Import the leadlist with that definition and choose to import the members as Prospects. Pick the Executive and Representative (required for prospects) and the Division/Department.
  5. Name the leadlist (up to 45 characters) and run the import.

  • Leadlist Administration usually needs administrator rights.

Columns in the AMS360 export

Customer Name · Customer Type · Prospect · Address1 · City · State · Zip · Source · Notes

The Notes or description column carries the UncoveredList score, industry, likely coverage lines, any signals, the formation date and the state source link. Every export is business-level public records only. No owner or officer names, phone numbers, or email.

Which plans include it

The AMS360 export is on Agency, Platinum. Every plan, including Starter (from $89/mo for one territory), exports CSV (all fields), which you can map into AMS360 by hand. See pricing.
