Step 1
We read the state filings every morning
New business registrations from the Colorado, New York, Pennsylvania and Connecticut state records, and new sales-tax permits from the Texas Comptroller. Holding shells and registered-agent mail drops are filtered out.
Step 2
Each one gets a new-business fit score
A 1–100 ranking of how likely the business is to need outside bookkeeping, tax setup and payroll soon: newer filings, operating businesses and industries that usually hire staff rank higher.

You reach out first
Your territory lands in your inbox by 8 AM CT / 7 AM MT with the business name, entity type, industry, filing date and business address. Send a letter, drop by, or research them online before anyone else does.
What you get for each business
Business name as filed, entity type (LLC, corporation and so on), industry, filing or permit date, business address, county and the new-business fit score. We also show typical first-year needs for that kind of business (for example bookkeeping setup, first-year tax return, payroll setup if hiring). Those are general, not facts about the specific business.
What we don't provide: owner or officer names, phone numbers or email addresses.
